Thank you for your booking. You will receive a confirmation email, which will confirm dates, timings and loaction. The confirmation email also contains a link which will guide you back to this page.

Please take a few minutes to read through the details below as there are a number of tasks which must be completed in advance of the course start date.

1. WHAT TO DO IN ADVANCE

• Please read the Adventures in Diving manual, and complete the knowledge reviewson the following chapters;
  • Peak performance buoyancy
  • Deep diving
  • Navigation
  • Underwater naturalist
  • Wreck diving.
  • We would also recommend that you read all other chapters of the manual.
• Check the location of the centre and make appropriate travel arrangements.
• Please download, complete and bring along the Continuing Education Administrative Document.
• If you answer "yes" to any of the medical questions, you must, in addition, complete and bring along a Medical form (form 1) which a doctor must sign. (guidelines can be downloaded to assist the doctor).
• If this cannot be completed in advance then you must call the school.

Failure to do so will prevent you from starting the course.

Please download, complete and bring along the following forms if applicable:

	Form 11 Continuing Education Administrative Document
	Form 1 Medical form The medical form needs to be signed by a doctor if you answer YES to any of the questions. Please keep a 2nd copy of the medical form for your log book

Timings:

• The course runs from 08:00 - 16:30, over two consecutive days.

WHAT TO BRING

• Swimming costume & towel
• Warm clothing/Sun screen if applicable
• We would recommend that you have your own mask, snorkel, boots & fins. These items are available however, it is strongly recommended for personal fit, comfort, and hygiene that you purchase your own before the course start date.
• Completed knowledge reviews
• A notebook & pen
• Completed Con Ed administrative document and Medical form if applicable
• A packed lunch - Stoney Cove has more extensive facilities including a snack bar & bar/restaurant
• Your log book
• Your Open Water Diver certification card
